Orders may be transmitted to a fulfillment partner shortly after purchase. Therefore, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, supply interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

O.V.A. is not responsible for additional costs, delays, or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must follow the timelines, evidence requirements, and authorization procedures stated in that policy.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

Third-Party Fulfillment

O.V.A. may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, and service providers to complete orders and operate the website.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain order information may be shared with these providers as reasonably necessary to process payment, fulfill the order, deliver the package, provide customer service, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Marketplaces

Products purchased through TikTok Shop or another third-party marketplace may be subject to that platform’s additional terms, rules, return procedures, and buyer-protection policies.

Where marketplace requirements differ from these Terms, the marketplace’s mandatory requirements will apply to the marketplace transaction.

Customers must submit marketplace-related return and refund requests through the applicable marketplace when required.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes and promotions:

• Must be used before expiration
• May be limited to one use per customer
• May not be combined unless expressly stated
• May exclude certain products
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders

We may cancel, modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time where legally permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving unauthorized, duplicated, manipulated, or improperly obtained discounts.

Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
